Manual and automatic assembly

In our assembly department, we combine components manufactured in-house with customer-supplied parts to create complete assemblies. Thanks to our modular design, we can flexibly adapt the assembly process to meet product requirements.

Our production runs continuously in three shifts using state-of-the-art injection molding machines. We prioritize versatility and technological innovation:

Workshop: Exo-Experience Day at Fraunhofer IPA in collaboration with Franzen Solutions

The Fraunhofer IPA hosted the "Exo-Experience-Day" workshop, where various exoskeleton systems were presented and compared. Franzen Solutions is delighted to have the support of the specialists at Fraunhofer IPA.
We were given an overview of the basic structure and key components of exoskeletons. Another focus of the workshop was the evaluation of exoskeletons, which was supplemented by practical test sessions. One key area was to determine which components and modules are developed and offered by Franzen Solutions. If you are active in this field, please do not hesitate to contact us.
